LA FONCTION


  • Assurer la gestion du département Production en ce qui concerne les aspects coûts, qualité, service, sécurité, gestion du personnel et environnement dans le but de répondre de manière optimale aux exigences des clients.
  • Assurer la gestion stratégique du magasin afin d’atteindre les objectifs qui ont été définis. Analyse et définition des projets d’innovation.


RESPONSABILITÉS CLÉS


  • Encourage le développement du personnel dans le but d’assurer qu’il ait les compétences et le comportement pour atteindre les objectifs, la connaissance et l’application des outils d’excellence opérationnelle. Motive et coache l’équipe via la définition d’objectifs en fonction de la vision, la mission et la stratégie du site et le suivi de ceux-ci.
  • Stimule l’échange efficace d’information et encourage la réalisation du changement dans le but de lui permettre de se réaliser.
  • Suit les résultats des département productions et magasin et des différents équipements/processus.
  • Assure un environnement de travail sécurisé et afin de permettre à l’équipe de travailler dans une situation sociale confortable.
  • Définit et suit le budget opérationnel des départements.
  • Contact régulier avec les délégués syndicaux (relations industrielles).


Le poste rapporte directement à la Direction du site.


PROFIL


  • Diplôme universitaire dans un domaine technique (ingénieur électronique, mécanique).
  • Expérience dans un environnement opérationnel d’au moins 10 ans et maitrise des processus et des objectifs.
  • Excellent en communication.
  • Intégrité professionnelle.
  • Bonnes compétences managériales.
  • Grande résistance au stress.
  • Flexibilité dans l’adaptation à différentes situations.
  • Mode de pensée analytique et conceptuel.
  • Langues : Très bonne connaissance du Français ainsi qu’une bonne maîtrise de l’Anglais.
