Our client is a global SaaS provider with a platform used by some of the world’s leading organizations for Communications and Engagement.

As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a talented Enterprise Account Executive to join their International Sales Team, focusing on EMEA and US markets.
In this role, you will drive new business opportunities with enterprise-level clients, leading them through strategic, consultative, and complex sales cycles. You will have the chance to work in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Leverage inbound leads, SDR support, and outbound strategies to build and maintain a healthy pipeline.
- Sales Excellence: Engage with senior decision-makers through consultative selling, conduct tailored demos, and craft strategic recommendations.
- Deal Management: Navigate long sales cycles (6–12 months) involving multiple stakeholders, leading to the successful close of high-value deals.
- Pipeline & CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to track opportunities and ensure seamless transitions to the Customer Success team post-sale.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in an Account Executive role, ideally within SaaS or Tech, with a focus on enterprise accounts.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, including multi-stakeholder deals across international markets.
- Proactivity: Strong outbound prospecting skills and creativity in developing opportunities.
- Communication: Full professional fluency in English (additional languages, such as French, are a plus).
- Client-Centric Approach: A consultative mindset, active listening skills, and a focus on long-term client success.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

- Variable Compensation: Quarterly target with opportunities for overachievement bonuses, multi-year deal incentives and secured variable earnings.
