La Société


Rivage Investment est une société de gestion de portefeuille indépendante agréée par l’Autorité des Marchés Financiers, intervenant dans les domaines de la gestion de fonds de dette finançant essentiellement des infrastructures et le secteur public, ainsi que la gestion actions quantitative et structurée. La société gère 21 fonds d’investissement représentant près de 8 milliards d’euros, investissant dans les principaux pays européens. Nous nous adressons à tous types de clients, avec une majorité de clients institutionnels (compagnies d’assurance, mutuelles, caisses de retraite, fonds de pension).

L’Equipe


Vous interviendrez en support de l’équipe Compliance, Contrôle interne et Risques (4 personnes). Vous serez amené à travailler dans un contexte international. Vous interagirez avec l’ensemble des équipes de gestion, de valorisation, développement commercial et de middle office.


Fonctions


L’Apprenti(e) interviendra activement sur les missions suivantes, sous la supervision du Responsable de la Conformité, du Contrôle Interne (RCCI) et du Contrôle des Risques :


  • Actualisation des dossiers KYC et LCB/LFT portant sur les emprunteurs des financements octroyés et sur les clients de fonds de dette, contributions à la réalisation de nouveaux dossiers KYC et LCB/LFT
  • Revues de conformité de documents commerciaux (présentations, reportings,…)
  • Revue et actualisation de procédures relevant du domaine de la conformité ou du contrôle interne
  • Contribution à la réalisation de contrôles permanents et au suivi des recommandations
  • Contribution à la veille réglementaire
  • Contribution à la préparation de reportings réglementaires
  • Contribution à la préparation et au secrétariat de comités (conformité, risques,…)


Profil du candidat


  • Ecole Supérieure de Commerce ou 3ème cycle universitaire, avec une dominante en finance, mathématiques financières, contrôle interne, gestion des risques, droit ou comptabilité
  • Première expérience de stage en gestion d’actif ou en conformité/contrôle interne/gestion des risques/audit impérative
  • Idéalement, obtention de la Certification AMF
  • Maitrise de l’anglais indispensable
  • Excellente maitrise des outils de bureautique (Power Point, Word, Excel…)
  • Motivation et intérêt pour les marchés financiers, la conformité, le contrôle interne, et la gestion des risques
  • Sens de l’organisation, implication et rigueur
  • Capacités d’analyse et de synthèse
  • Aisance rédactionnelle et bonne capacité de communication,
  • Esprit d’initiative, curiosité intellectuelle
  • Ouverture d’esprit, excellentes qualités relationnelles
  • Goût pour évoluer dans des structures à taille humaine et en fort développement, capacité à travailler dans un environnement réactif et exigeant
