Position Overview
As a Compliance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing software solutions aimed at identifying abuses in Financial Markets and ensuring adherence to the MiF Directive. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Supporting Compliance Officer teams both domestically and internationally
- Verifying that the detection tool aligns with MiF and KYC standards
- Broadening monitoring capabilities to encompass new categories of financial products (Forex, IRS, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading workshops to identify and define effective solutions
- Drafting functional specifications for system enhancements
- Establishing testing strategies for new software developments
- Recognizing and integrating essential data flows
- Collaborating with IT teams across various global locations
- Coordinating and overseeing testing phases with end-users
- Engaging in project committee activities
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a Bac+5 degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Analysis or IT Management within the Banking or Financial Market sectors. Familiarity with Compliance and Banking Compliance (including anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing) as well as Payment Methods (such as SEPA and swift regulations) is essential. A solid understanding of Market data, Fixed Income, Equity, and other financial instruments is required. Experience with compliance filtering software like Actimize, Siron, Fircosoft, or Netreveal/Norkom is advantageous. Proficiency in English is mandatory.
