Position Overview

As a Compliance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in advancing the software solutions aimed at identifying abuses in the Financial Market and ensuring adherence to the MiF Directive. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Supporting Compliance Officer teams both domestically and globally
  • Verifying that the detection tool aligns with MiF and KYC standards
  • Broadening surveillance to incorporate additional financial product categories (Forex, IRS, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting workshops to articulate and define solutions
  • Drafting functional specifications
  • Establishing testing strategies for new software developments
  • Identifying and integrating necessary data flows
  • Collaborating with IT teams across various locations
  • Coordinating and overseeing testing phases with end-users
  • Engaging in project committees

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a Bac+5 degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Analysis or IT Management within the Banking or Financial Market sector. Familiarity with Compliance and Banking Compliance, including Anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing, is essential. Knowledge of Payment Methods such as SEPA and swift regulations is also required. A solid understanding of Market data, Fixed Income, Equity, and other financial instruments is necessary. Experience with filtering software such as Actimize, Siron, Fircosoft, or Netreveal/Norkom will be advantageous. Proficiency in English is mandatory.
