We are expanding our global team and we’re looking for Legal Associate - Employment Law Specialist to bring their wider knowledge and help us get our product and service more widely known and used.

Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts and agreements
- Providing legal advice to the internal team and clients about all aspects of employment law legal advice
- Drafting settlement agreements
- Managing and mitigating legal risks by designing and implementing company policies and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to the business
- Provide legal advice to clients regarding their legal rights and responsibilities in various situations
- Promoting legal, compliance, and risk management best practices throughout the company
- Liaising with senior members of staff
- Staying up-to-date with changes to legislation, particularly about employment laws, rules, and regulations that directly affect the business and specific industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in law
- At least 2 years of experience in an international company or a reputable law firm
- Excellent understanding of employment law and related procedures
- Undertakes legal research and stays abreast of changes in the law and guidance
- Takes responsibility for personal and professional development and ensures compliance with any compulsory professional education requirements
- Up-to-date understanding and commitment to risk management and compliance
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Understand how legal daily work contributes to the priorities of the team and the business
- Understands expectations and demonstrates personal accountability for keeping performance on track
- Thrives in working in a fast-paced collaborative environment
