Pour soutenir ce plan, nous sommes à la recherche d’un.e Talent Acquisition Manager tech en alternance pour notre agence de Paris 08, au 60 avenue Hoche.
Immergé.e au sein de l'équipe commerciale, vous êtes en charge de recruter les profils IT et digitaux de l'équipe. Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec la responsable du recrutement les business managers pour évaluer et qualifier les besoins de recrutement.
Vous identifiez, évaluez et qualifiez vos candidats et les proposez à l'équipe.
Vous constituez et animez vos viviers de candidats.
Vous vous intéressez à l'innovation et à la technologie, vous êtes curieux.se de ce qui se passe derrière l'écran ou sous le clavier
Vous avez une très bonne maîtrise des réseaux sociaux et plus généralement d'internet.
Vous aimez les contacts humains, échangez aisément et entretenez de très bonnes relations interpersonnelles.
Il est important pour vous de travailler dans un bel esprit d'équipe et vous avez conscience d'y contribuer.
Vous aimez travailler et vous investir dans un projet commun.
Idéalement, vous avez déjà pratiqué du recrutement tech et souhaitez maintenant devenir un.e expert.e de ce métier promis à un très bel avenir. Nous serons à vos côtés pour propulser votre courbe de compétence.
