About the role

To support the growth of Forward Global, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to monitor the recruitment for the teams based in France, in the USA, the UK and Belgium.


Within the HR Team and reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will be responsible for the Talent attraction, selection and retention in various niche fields from Public Affairs Consulting to Cybersecurity Expertise (Pentesters, CSIRT, etc) :


  • Design and implement the talent acquisition strategy, liaising with the main stakeholders (leadership team, CPO, HR and finance teams, hiring managers), to support the growth of the company
  • Design and drive agile recruitment processes to offer a good experience to all candidates and to build collaborative and sustainable teams
  • Operate an effective selection of the candidates all along the process : job description definition, sourcing, interviews, reference checks, until the onboarding
  • Run in-depth interviews with the candidates to assess their soft-skills and their motivational adequation accurately
  • Assess efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment practices through data-driven insights and qualitative analysis with a continuous improvement and innovative approach
  • Implement initiatives to develop the employer-brand awareness toward a targeted audience; act as an ambassador of our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion policy
  • Support and coach hiring managers on best recruitment practices and help them to frame their needs in a comprehensive way
  • Contribute to the Group annual report with recruitment data and participate to CSR projects related to hiring initiatives
  • Extend job offers securing internal fairness and legal compliance with local legislation
  • Contribute actively to the good onboarding of the new hires (including a presentation of the Group HR practices to all new hires)
  • Lead and advocate for good practices internally such as Referral bonus policy, optimization of internal hires across departments when relevant


About you

  • Master degree in Human Resources (Sciences Po, Ciffop, Dauphine, Celsa, etc) or equivalent
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role (recruitment agencies, talent acquisition, RPO, etc) including an international experience or exposure
  • Previous experience in the cybersecurity industry is a strong plus
  • Certification in interview method (such as STAR or Cubiks methodology)
  • Mastering Linkedin features and tips for sourcing
  • Perfectly fluent in French and English to handle job descriptions writing and lead interviews in English and/or French
  • Very organized, you are able to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Very flexible, you are able to adjust to a fast-moving context
  • Eager to collaborate well with a wide range of colleagues in different expertises
  • Intellectual curiosity and business acumen to quickly grasp the needs of the hiring managers
  • Ability to take initiative to find solutions and tackle issues when they arise
  • Ability to read and understand the professional context and adjust accordingly the profiles search
  • Sense of confidentiality to perform well within the HR team
