### Description du poste : Growth Manager


En tant que Growth Manager chez NRJx, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la structuration et l’optimisation des opérations marketing et ventes, en étroite collaboration avec le CEO et l’équipe sales. Vous serez chargé de développer et d'exécuter des stratégies de croissance innovantes, en mettant l'accent sur des campagnes d’acquisition, l'optimisation du CRM, et la création de contenu engageant.


**Responsabilités :**

- Prendre part au développement commercial à travers des stratégies Inbound et Outbound, visant à attirer et convertir de nouveaux prospects.

- Créer et manager des campagnes d’acquisition autres que du payant, en explorant des canaux variés pour générer des leads qualifiés.

- Identifier, segmenter et gérer des listes de prospects qualifiés, en optimisant les processus de gestion des données au sein du CRM (Hubspot).

- Collaborer avec le CEO pour optimiser le CRM et les outils sales, en garantissant l’efficacité des processus et la qualité des données.

- Créer et publier du contenu de conversion engageant (livre blanc, interviews, cas client, réseaux sociaux) pour attirer et convaincre les prospects.

- Analyser, rapporter et optimiser les résultats commerciaux pour améliorer continuellement les performances de l'entreprise.


**Missions ponctuelles :**

- Organiser des salons professionnels pertinents pour augmenter la visibilité de NRJx.

- Effectuer des visites terrain pour mieux comprendre les besoins des prospects et clients.

- Aider les équipes sales à identifier et micro-segmenter des prospects à démarcher grâce au scrapping intelligent.


### Profil recherché


**Compétences obligatoires :**

- Minimum 2 ans d’expérience sur un poste similaire en B2B SaaS, avec une expertise dans la gestion de CRM et la mise en place de campagnes outbound.

- Maîtrise des outils CRM et de prospection (Hubspot, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

- Aisance rédactionnelle en français pour la création de contenu.

- Expérience avec des outils d’automation comme Zapier ou Make (no-code).

- Excellente organisation et capacité à prioriser les tâches dans un environnement dynamique.


**Idéalement :**

- Expérience dans l’utilisation d’outils d’IA pour la génération de contenus.

- Maîtrise des outils de scrapping de données (un plus).
