Position Overview:

As the first Marketing Manager at Recovr, you will play a crucial role in driving our lead generation efforts. We are looking for an experienced professional with a passion for SaaS B2B marketing who excels in lead generation through various innovative techniques. In this role, you'll have the freedom to innovate with ad campaigns, collaborate with referral partners, and develop automated outbound strategies to attract high-quality leads. This role is not about corporate marketing but about hands-on, tactical execution to generate high-quality leads.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and convert high-quality leads.
  • Experiment with various advertising platforms and techniques to optimise lead acquisition.
  • Collaborate with referral partners to expand our lead generation network.
  • Set up and manage automated outbound campaigns to drive new business opportunities.
  • Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and ROI.
  • Set up, oversee, and continuously improve our martech stack.
  • Hire and manage contractors and/or full-time employees to build and scale an effective marketing team.
  • Analyse and optimise marketing campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of leads and alignment on targets.
  • Track and report on key metrics to measure the success of lead generation efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SaaS B2B marketing.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in SaaS B2B marketing with a strong focus on lead generation.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing lead-generation campaigns.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in French and at least professional proficiency in English.
