Customer Success Manager / Chef de Projet Bilingue


Dans le cadre de l’accélération de ses ventes E-Business en Amérique du Nord et en Europe, les Business Units d'InVivo, spécialisées dans la production et commercialisation de malt, cherchent à améliorer l’expérience client des artisans-brasseurs. Pour cela, elles déploient une nouvelle plateforme e-commerce BtoB en méthode agile, basée sur le socle technologique existant de la InVivo Digital Factory. Le Go Live est prévu pour S1 2025.

La Digital Factory d’InVivo (IDF) est à la recherche d’un Customer Success Manager bilingue expérimenté (axé projet) pour accompagner le déploiement de cette plateforme e-commerce.



Tes missions :

Après une période d’intégration au sein de nos équipes et de prise en main des outils techniques et fonctionnels, tu seras responsable de :


  • Gestion de projets : Être l’interlocuteur clé pour la direction commerciale et digitale du client, et coordonner les équipes internes d'InVivo Digital Factory. Appuyer le PMO dans le pilotage du planning opérationnel sur votre périmètre pour être ontime et on budget. Préparer les instances de pilotage, remonter les risques, préparer les dossiers d'arbitrages.



  • Phase de Set up : Accompagner les directions métier dans le déploiement de notre plateforme sur leurs processus tels que la gestion du catalogue produit, modélisation de la politique commerciale, marketing et supply


  • Adoption de la plateforme : Accompagner le Client dans l’adoption de la plateforme, le fidéliser à l’outil, l’aider à scaler son business en ligne. Former les équipes client aux fonctionnements de la plateforme sur la base de uses cases


  • Phase de RUN : Coordonner la mise en place les process de RUN -> Intégration de produit dans le PIM, gestion des demandes de support de niveau 2, ..



  • Reporting & Analyse : Mettre en place des rapports e-business pour suivre l'activité. Réaliser des analyses de performances et production de reportings réguliers.




Contacts au quotidien :


  • Interne InVivo Digital Factory : Équipe de direction, équipe produit (PM, PO, UX, tech), équipe Customer Success Center (CSM, PIM, Helpdesk, Intégration).


  • Externe : Directions métiers des BU Malt (digital, produit, sales, marketing, communication), équipe IT.


Vous êtes rattaché au COO en charge du déploiement des plateformes B2B et rejoignez une équipe d’une 15 aine de personnes.


Qui es-tu ?

  • Tu es parfaitement bilingue en anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral. Une expérience de travail antérieure avec des équipes américaines ou en contexte international serait un plus


  • Tu as plusieurs années d’expérience dans le déploiement de solutions e-business, idéalement dans le secteur du e-commerce.


  • Tu disposes d’un leadership fort, avec une capacité à gérer des projets complexes dans un cadre contraint (délais et budgets).


  • Tu es orienté résultat et performance, avec une connaissance des méthodes agiles.

Customer Success Manager / Project Manager Bilingual

As part of accelerating its E-Business sales in North America and Europe, the InVivo Business Units, specialized in malt production and commercialization, are aiming to enhance the customer experience for craft brewers. To achieve this, they are rolling out a new B2B e-commerce platform using agile methodology, based on the existing technology of the InVivo Digital Factory. The Go Live is planned for the first half of 2025.

InVivo's Digital Factory (IDF) is looking for an experienced bilingual Customer Success Manager (project-oriented) to support the deployment of this e-commerce platform.

Your Responsibilities:

After a period of integration within our teams and familiarization with the technical and functional tools, you will be responsible for:


  • Project Management: Act as the key point of contact for the client's commercial and digital management, and coordinate the internal teams at InVivo Digital Factory. Support the PMO in overseeing the operational schedule for your scope, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. Prepare steering committees, raise risks, and prepare arbitration files.
  • Setup Phase: Support business departments in deploying our platform across their processes such as product catalog management, commercial policy modeling, marketing, and supply chain.
  • Platform Adoption: Assist the client in adopting the platform, building loyalty to the tool, and helping them scale their online business. Train client teams on the platform’s functionalities through use case demonstrations.
  • RUN Phase: Coordinate the implementation of RUN processes -> Product integration in the PIM, managing second-level support requests, etc.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Implement e-business reports to monitor activity. Conduct performance analyses and produce regular reporting.


Daily Contacts:

  • Internal at InVivo Digital Factory: Management team, product team (PM, PO, UX, tech), Customer Success Center team (CSM, PIM, Helpdesk, Integration).
  • External: Business Units’ management in the Malt sector (digital, product, sales, marketing, communication), IT team.


You will report to the COO responsible for B2B platform deployment and join a team of around 15 people.


Who Are You?

  • You are fully bilingual in English, both written and spoken. Prior experience working with American teams or in an international context would be a plus.
  • You have several years of experience in deploying e-business solutions, ideally in the e-commerce sector.
  • You possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex projects within constrained frameworks (deadlines and budgets).
  • You are results-oriented and performance-driven, with knowledge of agile methods.
