Notre client, un cabinet de conseil RH jeune et dynamique, spécialisé en stratégie sociale et en ressources humaines basée à Paris, recherche son Account Executive H/F (5-7 ans d'expérience) dans le cadre de son développement.


Tu auras pour objectif de gérer les opportunités du premier rdv jusqu’au closing et à l’onboarding.


Ce que tu feras :


  • Participer au développement de la stratégie commerciale
  • Gérer les leads entrants et les RDV de démonstration obtenus par l’équipe Growth
  • Suivre les opportunités de bout en bout : Réaliser les rendez-vous de découverte, les démos produit, le closing et l’onboarding
  • Documenter l’activité sur notre CRM
  • Collaborer avec les équipes Produit, Marketing et Customer Success pour améliorer l’expérience client
  • Devenir un expert de l’accompagnement sur le pilotage de la rémunération


Profil recherché


  • Tu as au moins 5 ans d‘expérience dans un rôle de commercial, idéalement dans une start up qui vend du SaaS B2B
  • Tu possèdes de vraies capacités d’adaptation et tu as envie de participer à l’aventure d’une start-up early stage
  • Tu es à l’aise à l’oral et tu es un.e excellent.e communicant.e
  • Tu es analytique et tu proposes des pistes d’amélioration au sein de l’équipe commerciale : méthodes, outils, process, présentation de l’offre, gestion des objections, etc
