As a Senior Account Executive at Minitab, you will be the primary point of contact and relationship owner for our enterprise accounts. You will drive the identification and qualification of new sales opportunities, develop and execute account and opportunity plans, and generate both new business and renewal business through software product licenses/subscriptions and service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, developing and executing account and opportunity plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and sales performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of enterprise sales principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English is required.
