La mission :

Dans un contexte de forte croissance, Asigma recherche son(a) futur(e) Business Manager Senior afin d’accompagner le développement du bureau Parisien.

Rattaché(e) au Responsable de Business Unit, vous vous verrez confier un périmètre à piloter et développer.


Vos principales missions seront :

BUSINESS DEVELOPEMENT

  • Gestion de comptes clients existants en assurant leur suivi et en répondant à leurs besoins
  • Prospection de nouveaux clients cibles
  • Réponse aux appels d’offres
  • Pilotage de votre P&L

MANAGEMENT D’EQUIPE

  • Management de votre équipe de consultants et suivi de leurs missions
  • Coaching d’un ou plusieurs Business Manager(s) Junior(s)
  • Gestion RH, administrative et financière de vos équipes

TALENT ACQUISITION

  • Participation à l’ensemble du processus de recrutement des futurs talents
  • Participation aux événements

Le profil recherché :

  • Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’une école de commerce, d’ingénieur ou équivalent universitaire (niveau Bac+5)
  • Vous avez une première expérience réussie en tant que Business Manager (3-5 ans)
  • Vous maitrisez les métiers liés au secteur assurantiel
  • Vous êtes ambitieux(se), vous avez envie de gagner en responsabilités
  • Vous êtes doté(e) d’un excellent relationnel et sens du service, d’une forte appétence business et vous êtes motivé(e) par le résultat
  • Vous savez fédérer une équipe et êtes animé(e) par son épanouissement et son développement
