Senior Business Manager

Valuement, an international consulting company and part of the Mantu Group, is rapidly expanding its presence. We specialize in the retail market and have extended our reach into new sectors. As part of our exciting growth journey, we are looking for an exceptional Senior Business Manager to join our dynamic team.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong account management skills, capable of managing key client accounts and leading a business team in the procurement industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Unit Management: Oversee and manage a consultant’s Business Unit, ensuring operational excellence and profitability.
- Account Management: Handle key client accounts, focusing on account management, client satisfaction, and business growth.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a business team, providing guidance, setting objectives, and ensuring their professional development and success.
- Client Engagement: Engage in sourcing, recruiting. Focus on client prospecting, negotiation, and management of large accounts.
- Project Oversight: Monitor and support project execution, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
- Financial Responsibility: Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) to ensure financial health and sustainability.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans, aligning with the overall goals and vision of the company.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Min.5 years in a consulting firm, with successful experience in managing and growing a Business Unit.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage and lead a team, with experience in setting and achieving business objectives.
- Client Management: Strong skills in account management, client engagement, and relationship building with key accounts.
- Financial Acumen: Experience in managing P&L, ensuring the financial health of a Business Unit.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans, driving the growth and success of the team.

- Leadership and Team Management: Ability to inspire, lead, and develop a team.
- Client Relationship Management: Strong skills in managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Proficiency in managing budgets, P&L, and ensuring financial sustainability.
- Strategic Planning: Capability to develop and execute strategic plans for business growth.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. French and English speaker.
