FUNCTION: Global Enterprise Data Analytics Lead

LOCATION: Lyon, France

JOB TYPE: Permanent

ROLE SENIORITY: Managerial



GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA:


  • Lead the company’s data strategy and operations, working closely with domain leaders in all geographical regions to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Ensure ideation and overseeing implementation of strategic data and analytics initiatives for enhanced value creation for end customers
  • Manage multiple contractors, oversee data governance, and drive innovation in data science, analytics and reporting



YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:


  • Develop and implement the company's data strategy, including data governance and data architecture
  • Ideate strategic data initiatives to support digital experience and customer value creation
  • Drive innovation in data analytics and reporting, identifying new opportunities to use data to improve business outcomes
  • Set and enforce standards for the global data architecture
  • Collaborate with domain leaders in all geographical regions to ensure data solutions align with business objectives and deliver value
  • Manage a team of data professionals and multiple contractors, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Develop and implement processes for data quality control and security, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Communicate data insights and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders
  • Utilize artificial intelligence as appropriate to improve data processes



ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?

Main requirements:


  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field
  • 12+ years of experience in data management
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex data insights to senior leadership and other stakeholders
  • Experience managing multiple contractors and teams in a global environment
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data architecture, and data quality control
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as Azure, PowerApps, and Power BI is a bonus
