Global Enterprise Data Analytics Director

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our global data analytics efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our data strategy, driving innovation in data science and analytics, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality data solutions that meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with business objectives
- Lead the ideation and implementation of strategic data initiatives to enhance value creation for end customers
- Manage multiple contractors and oversee data governance to ensure data quality and security
- Drive innovation in data analytics and reporting, identifying new opportunities to use data to improve business outcomes
- Collaborate with domain leaders in all geographical regions to ensure data solutions align with business objectives and deliver value
- Manage a team of data professionals and multiple contractors, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Develop and implement processes for data quality control and security, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Communicate data insights and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field
- 12+ years of experience in data management
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex data insights to senior leadership and other stakeholders
- Experience managing multiple contractors and teams in a global environment
- Strong understanding of data governance, data architecture, and data quality control
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as Azure, PowerApps, and Power BI is a bonus
