Une entreprise pharmaceutique française indépendante spécialisée dans la fabrication et la commercialisation de médicaments originaux et de prescription. Le laboratoire exploite un portefeuille de traitements acquis auprès de grandes firmes pharmaceutiques, à l’importance thérapeutique reconnue en oncologie, gastro-entérologie, cardiologie et neurologie-psychiatrie.


L'opportunité


Rattaché(e) au Directeur des Opérations, vous serez le garant de l’excellence opérationnelle pour l’ensemble des marchés et produits de l’entreprise.


Vous encadrerez un(e) Business Excellence Analyst et jouerez un rôle clé dans l’élaboration des stratégies commerciales grâce à votre expertise dans l’analyse et l’exploitation des données.

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les autres équipes de du département Opérations : Ventes, Marketing, Médical et Market Access.


Les responsabilités incluent :

  • L’expertise dans la préparation, l’analyse et l’exploitation des données de marché, de ventes et d’activité, y compris l’analyse concurrentielle sur les marchés dans son périmètre
  • Développer des activités d'efficacité commerciale/CRM/gestion des données pour soutenir les équipes opérations dans la réflexion stratégique, la mise en œuvre des opérations et l'évaluation des résultats.
  • Proposer/générer les rapports et participer aux « Business Reviews » mensuelles.


Vos missions

Gestion des données :

  • Définir les besoins internes des clients (marketing, médical, ventes, industrie) et mettre en œuvre des solutions.
  • Sélectionner et gérer les prestataires de services externes (IQVIA, etc.).

Surveillance de la performance des médicaments de l’entreprise :

  • Suivi des ventes (ex-usines, sell-in, sell-out) et analyse des résultats (tableaux de bord) des médicaments de l’entreprise et de leurs concurrents en soutien à l'équipe marketing.
  • Analyser l'impact des opérations marketing et commerciales.

Gestion commerciale :

  • Définir des KPI et mettre en œuvre des outils pour surveiller les activités sur le terrain/CRM en soutien aux équipes marketing/ventes.
  • Participer à la définition des qualifications et du ciblage des professionnels de la santé.

Prévisions de vente :

  • Élaborer des prévisions de vente en collaboration avec les équipes opérations et industrielles.

Management :

  • Supervision d'un Business Excellence Analyst et des activités d’excellence opérationnelle


Le profil recherché

  • Formation supérieure Bac + 5 (Ecole de commerce ou d’ingénieur, Docteur en Pharmacie, Double cursus)
  • Expérience significative sur un poste Business Excellence / Sales Force Effectiveness et/ou Ventes dans l’industrie pharmaceutique (6 ans et +) ; une exposition aux marchés européens et/ou une expérience en management sont un plus.
  • Connaissances techniques : maîtrise des outils de Business Intelligence (MS Power Bi, QlickSense, ) et CRM
  • Capacité d'analyse, de résolution de problèmes et prise de décision
  • Agilité et capacité d’adaptation
  • Leadership : éthique et intégrité, créativité, autonomie avec réelle capacité d'organisation et de planification, collaboration, flexibilité.
  • Esprit entrepreneurial
  • Savoir communiquer en public
  • Maîtrise de l’anglais professionnel
