Retail Excellence Manager

Join BOUCHERON S.A.S. as a Retail Excellence Manager and drive retail excellence across France and Southern Europe. As a key member of the France & Southern Europe team, you will oversee retail performance and operations, training, and coaching to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational tools and guidelines to ensure consistent retail excellence.
  • Lead the Retail Excellence team to improve retail operations and maintenance, leveraging evaluation tools to enhance consistency and singularity.
  • Design a global retail calendar to schedule projects in sync with retail rhythms.
  • Support the preparation of High Jewelry presentations with VICs.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Director to propose sales objectives and KPI targets across the internal and external boutiques network.
  • Analyze KPIs and reports to identify priority actions and drive business growth.
  • Partner with Boutique managers to identify areas of improvement and offer an in-store client experience.
  • Organize European Store Managers meetings and High Jewelry Committees based on global objectives, needs, and feedback.
  • Define and implement the training strategy for Retail Teams, ensuring 100% participation in both in-class and online training.
  • Manage training budget and oversee training organization.
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in retail excellence or retail management, with a minimum of 2 years in luxury retail store.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience with coaching and training team members.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Bilingual English and French.
