We are currently retained by a leading multinational organisation to hire a Global Compensation and Benefits Senior Manager based in Paris. You will be involved in the development of the group's compensation strategy and policy that align with the organisational priorities, working alongside the Group C&B and HRIS Director to create a comprehensive and effective C&B strategy that allows the company to attract, retain and motivate the right talent in an effective way.


This global role will sit in the group's Centre of Excellence Team based in Paris working alongside global key stakeholders across 12 countries to ensure effective service delivery, ensure that regional and local programs are well aligned and coordinated according to country and business specific needs.


Our client is going through an exciting transformational period to embrace agility, adaptability and forward-thinking culture. We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious, and highly motivated Compensation and Benefits Manager with strong track record in working cross-functionally and collaboratively at all levels from reputable organisations preferably with global or multi-regional scope. Fluency in both English and French is a must.
