Unified Communications Operations Engineer

• Working Patten: Hybrid (10 days home working Per month)

I am assisting a Global Banking group in the Search for Unified Communications Operations engineer to support and troubleshoot any issues on my clients Voice Infrastructure.


The company is one of the leaders in their market and they turn over Billions every year. The scope for progression is endless


Glocomms have been recruitment partners with the company for a number of years and are responsible for placing numerous IT Freelancers in their ranks


Your Day to Day :


  • Support the organization as a Operations Engineer L1/L2 communicating directly with the customers in both France and abroad (French and English Speaking)
  • You will work on a shift pattern, some early and some late, the early shifts will require a check of the infrastructure before everyone starts for the day.


Skills and Experience:


  • Strong Knowledge of L1/L2 Operations in Unified Communications
  • Skilled on Cisco Voice (VoIP, EndPoint, Network)
  • Knowledge on NICE Recording Solution and SBC Oracle
  • Knowledge On MS Teams Voice would be preferred
