As part of our ongoing transformation, we are looking for a dynamic new team member to lead the charge in driving our global offer portfolio forward.
GETTING A FLYING START
As the Global Offer Director, you will lead the lifecycle management and profitability of Nexans’ global offers, with 1st focus on Data Centers, and extended portfolio on Gigafactories and Critical Buildings. You’ll ensure the Offer portfolio strategic development, differentiation, and overall global profitability. This role is at the core of our Nexans strategy 2025-28 Sparking Electrification with Tech Solutions, to enable Nexans value creation together with its customers. Nexans profitable growth ambition on this offer will be to achieved by fostering innovation, sustainability, and customer-centricity. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams worldwide to create and implement strategies that position Nexans as a global leader in the energy transition.
HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT
- Drive the development and management of global vertical offers, ensuring they address customer needs and stand out in a competitive market.
- Design and implement innovative marketing and sales strategies to boost brand recognition and market share.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing teams to align on growth strategies and ensure offer consistency across regions.
- Advocate for sustainable practices in offer development, driving measurable environmental and social impact.
- Foster strong partnerships with stakeholders to enhance the customer journey and maximize profitability.
YOUR STARTING POINTS WHEN YOU JOIN
- Proven experience in offer portfolio management, sales, or marketing in a global context.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market data into actionable strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration across regions.
- Passion for sustainability and innovation in the energy or industrial sectors.
- Fluent in English (oral and written); additional languages are a plus.
