La Table Cachée, un restaurant d'exception situé en plein cœur de Paris, au sein du BHV MARAIS, signé par le chef Michel Roth, lauréat de prestigieux concours de cuisine dont le Bocuse d’Or et Meilleur Ouvrier de France et le jeune chef Valentin Krawczyk.

Notre équipe de passionnés recherche un(e) Assistant(e) manager de restaurant dynamique et motivé(e) pour apporter son talent à notre cuisine contemporaine et traditionnelle.

Sous la responsabilité du Manager de restaurant, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

  • Assister quotidiennement le manager dans les missions de terrain et administratives,
  • Aider à l’organisation et superviser toutes les activités f&b du restaurant la Table Cachée (services déjeuner et dîner et events),
  • Veiller à la qualité de l'accueil des clients et au bon déroulement des services,
  • Encadrer les équipes restauration du restaurant la Table Cachée.

Conditions de travail :

  • Contrat : 35 heures par semaine
  • Horaires : 2 coupures, 3 continus
  • Lieu : En plein cœur de Paris, au BHV MARAIS


Profil recherché :

Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'une formation en restauration et avez acquis plusieurs expériences dans des établissements similaires bistronomiques.

Vous êtes passionné(e) par l'art culinaire et souhaitez évoluer au sein d'une équipe prestigieuse.

  • Rigueur dans l'exécution des tâches
  • Capacité d'organisation et de gestion des priorités propre à la bistronomie
  • Disponibilité et flexibilité pour s'adapter aux exigences du métier
  • Passion du service et souci du détail
  • Maîtrise de l’anglais
