Position: Site Support Specialist

Location: Paris, France (On-Site)

Daily rate: >350 Euros/day (B2B)

The Site Support Engineer is responsible for The daily Lab support of the Client locations onsite on the Service Infrastructure and customer demos on products.


What you will do:


  • Provide smart hands support for customer facing ” Experience Centers” 'Core' Network and Compute Infrastructure.
  • Manage On-Prem lab (Server room) rack and stack activities, logical provisioning, and decommissioning of hardware.
  • Support incident & problem management for WAN, LAN, WLAN, and Core Compute.
  • Manage deployment and support of onsite experiences & demos.
  • Conduct daily checks and walkthroughs of demo environments.
  • Administer local EC Azure Sub Resources and Subscriptions.
  • Create and manage Azure environments for Hybrid Cloud engagements.
  • Provide support for EC attendees and presenters during customer visits/ events.
  • Provide on-site technical support and device inventory management during events.
  • Maintain relationships with local OEM Partner for hardware repairs/warranty replacements, IT teams /AV suppliers and integrators.
  • Operate and maintain AV equipment in meeting rooms and theatres.
  • Provide consultation and maintain AV room inventory hygiene


Who are we looking for:


  • Bachelor’s degree from in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, required
  • Minimum 5 years of IT industry experience with a concentration on service management including incident and requests, change management and governance of digital asset lifecycle is required.
  • Relevant IT experience in IT Infrastructure Compute and Network skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
