Your Role:

As the Regional Sales Manager for France & Benelux you will play a crucial role in the sales and sales process development, ensuring that business goals and expectations are prioritized and effectively met for your territory. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the development of new accounts and expanding usage of company products within existing accounts to meet sales quota based on company goals. Key responsibilities include:


  • Sales Management: Develop the market with the aim to generate new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships in the territory. Sell products by scheduling sales calls to meet with current and potential customers to fulfill revenue and unit growth assigned by company on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis. Develop action plans (i.e. monthly, quarterly) by analysing quarterly and monthly sales figures and reports. Regularly preparing reports of progress and forecasting for the use of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Customer Focus: Understand the customer needs and requirements and provide knowledge and solutions to meet their expectations. Conduct customer visits and demos on site in identified segments and applications. Do installations and product trainings. Identify and drive agreed exhibitions and marketing activities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Commercial- and Application teams to drive and support business objectives. Keep an updated forecast to help with production planning.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Educational Background: University degree, preferably in Science and/or Technology.
  • Experience: Extensive sales- and marketing experience in working with advanced technologies towards researchers in Industry and Academy.
  • Skills: Strong sales and execution skills. Good understanding of market dynamics and the ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Structured with good planning skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a solid technical understanding. Problem-solver, creative with an entrepreneurial mind-set to drive business.
  • Attitude: Enthusiastic, driven, strong team player who can act self-independent with a can-do attitude. Goal oriented and take ownership.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 60 percent in the field.
  • Language: Fluent in English and French.
