Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the sales and operational execution of accounts, across all segments, to increase business delivery to our hotel portfolio and for enhancing and developing sales, across all segments, within the franchisee’s territory and supporting them to increase their share of business.
Core Responsibilities:
CORPORATE - LEISURE
In charge of Corporate Contracting
- To maintain & bring incremental business as per targets on hotels/ on existing accounts
- To prospect & Develop Corporate Accounts portfolio for Key Markets (long stay, degressiv, Corporate transient RFP, Regional contracting.
- To run Activities & Corporate account profile as per SOP EMEA process
- To review existing RFP's on any new hotels and define split of actions within the team for forthcoming RFP season
- To liaise and support regional sales as per SOP EMEA when it comes to any type of leisure profile (tour series, CSE, Group Leisure); Airlines & MICE opportunities
TMC & GDS
In charge of the following TMC performance: Regional TMC/BTC
- To maintain & bring incremental business as per targets on hotels/ on existing accounts from GDS source Market
- To prospect & Develop Corporate Accounts opportunities through 360 reports
- To run Activities & TMC account profile as per SOP EMEA process
- To monitor and support any activities to push back negative variance report from GDS source Market
- To monitor & challenge TMC during business review
- To work with Head of Commercial on budgets allocation to any sales initiative on these TMC's
- To work closely with Global Sales Manager and support any actions or productions from
AMEX/CWT/BCD point of sales
Report & Management
To manage people as per the organigram Chart &
- To be part of the HOB team and support presentation
- To establish & FUP the budgets for the sales team
- To support the onboarding process with key tasks link to coordination and communication between the hotels & our business portfolio
- Support & FUP Sales Action with Executive Sales on quarterly business Review
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
4 years’ experience in active sales and account management with a proven successful track record on an international level
3-5 years’ experience as a successful account manager (or similar), recent experience from managing large corporate accounts is a must
Established network and experience in, market knowledge of France is a must.
Exceptional ability to make data driven business decisions
Able to sell ideas and influence persuasively, settling differences and winning concessions without damaging relationships; can be both direct and forceful while remaining diplomatic.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to drive results in a team-oriented and cross-functional environment.
Exceptional selling skills. Includes ability to create a winning sales concept for franchisees
Outstanding communicator who has a native or idiomatically fluent level French and English. Additional languages skills (German, Spanish) are highly appreciated.
