Remplacement d’un collaborateur, nous recherchons un profil avec une 1ère expérience impérative en tant qu’office manager / assistant de gestion (idéalement dans le BTP).
Disponibilité : au plus tôt
Salaire : 25/35 K€ selon expérience
Maîtrise du pack office notamment excel

Description du poste :
Gestion financière :
° Saisie des devis
° Saisie des factures
° Gestion de la comptabilité générale et des flux financiers (clients, fournisseurs et trésorerie – expérience en suivi de trésorerie IMPERATIVE) – Comptabilité tenue à ce jour sur CIEL COMPTA
° Déclaration TVA et autres taxes (idéalement en totale autonomie pour la déclaration de TVA)
° Facturation et encaissements
° Paiements fournisseurs
° Clôture comptable en collaboration avec le cabinet d’expertise comptable
° Gestion des stocks en CUMP
Gestion du personnel :
° Transmission des éléments de paies à un prestataire extérieur
° Gestion des absences et des congés
° Administration du personnel (onboarding et offboarding)
Gestion administrative :
° Accueil téléphonique
° Gestion du courrier et des archives
° Achats divers et fournitures de bureau
° Gestion flotte automobile, cartes de carburant et téléphones portables
Autres :
° Tenue de la comptabilité et de la gestion locative de 2 SCI (baux, quittances, …)
