OM Digital Solutions are currently looking for an Sales Support Specialist to join our Pro Audio division, who will be the go-to person for sales support and training requests with their nominated regions.
Are you an energetic and enthusiastic communicator, who loves to connect with people and builds lasting relationships with customers and internal stakeholders? A technically astute, service-orientated individual, with a keen interest in developing sales within the Cloud and Speech technology markets across nominated regions, whilst being a reliable go-to-person for customers? What you’ll do:
- Bridge the gap between our Pro Audio solutions, the reseller network and end-users to offer first rate product awareness to assist in the development of sales.
- Drive sales across all nominated regions by working with internal Territory Managers by becoming the first port of call for partners to assist with their on-line training and demonstration needs.
- Work closely with our Partners, Distributors and 3rd Party Resellers to ensure that all their key sales resources are trained to the highest standard to successfully promote the benefits of the Pro Audio product range.
- Become the go to person to promote the benefits of our new Cloud solution to both internal and external stakeholders, whilst identifying new areas of growth
- Strengthen the collaboration between OMDS Imaging and Audio Territory Managers by holding regular internal online meetings to identify areas to offer improved sales support.
- Proactively reach out Partners, Distributors and 3rd Party Resellers, follow-up on leads and inquiries to understand their needs and present our solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Product Manager in the development and execution of lead-generation campaigns, proactively reaching out to potential customers and leveraging the power of effective communication via phone calls and online meetings.
- Coordinate and manage regular online webinars to support product training, demonstrations etc.
- Be the trusted advisor for our Distribution Partners to develop regular training and support activities for their 3rd Party dealer network.
- Become the initial point of contact for inquiries and actively engage potential customers throughout the respective regions. Your contributions will empower our worldwide partners to successfully promote the Pro Audio product range.
- Follow-up on requests received via website inquiries.
What you’ll need:
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills a plus
- User knowledge of Office software (MS Office, Outlook, Teams etc)
- Knowledge of Cloud systems a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Customer focus

- Teamwork ability
- Interpersonal effectiveness
