At Welii, we are reinventing the purchasing experience for businesses. Founded in 2021, our mission is to transform the purchasing process through innovative solutions. Following a successful Seed funding round and a Series A of 13 million euros, we aim to achieve 5 million euros in recurring revenue by the end of 2024 and 15 million euros by the end of 2025.


Your Role at Welii

Welii’s BDR team is growing As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a key role in Welii’s success as we continue to conquer the market. Your mission will be to engage potential customers, generate interest in our solutions, and book qualified meetings for the sales team.


Your Responsibilities

  • Implement several outbound techniques to book meetings with hot leads in the German Market
  • Understand customer needs and buying cycles to gather key prospect information and generate interest.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries across all channels (email, phone, partner).
  • Help establish the sales processes for the team, maintaining current operations while suggesting and reporting necessary changes.
  • Identify prospects and market trends through a combination of outbound techniques, what you understand will be crucial for the product’s success.


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: At least 9 months’ experience as a BDR in the German Market.
  • Mindset: Willingness to learn with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Language skills: Proficiency in German and English.
  • Passion for tech: You’re passionate about technology, comfortable with product demos, and advising on tool choices.
  • Energy & curiosity: You bring positive energy and a curiosity to learn and grow.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills with active listening, empathy, and a problem-solving attitude.
  • Organizational skills: Time management and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Nice to have: Previous experience in a FinTech or SaaS company.
