We are currently seeking a talented Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic Product team and the Guest Engagement Product squad.


At Zenchef, we are the only technology dedicated to making dining out more meaningful, more often. We simplify restaurant operations and upgrade the guest experience, giving each a respected seat at the table.


Our Product Strategy sits at the connection of restaurants (B2B) and guests (B2C), highlighting our intention to bring restaurants and guests closer together so the culture of dining out can flourish.


While 2024 is clutch for us with a post-acquisitions strategy that placed high expectations in covering multiple EU markets, you will be in charge of a product area where our mid-term ambition is strong.


Key Missions

You will be reporting to the Senior VP of Product.


In your Product Manager job, you will have a pivotal role in your squad across three key areas: Product Strategy, Product Discovery, and Product Delivery but also in the network of squads to ensure a smooth management of relationships.


  • Play a vital role in shaping our product roadmap, strategically translating our vision into actionable initiatives that drive real-world impact.
  • Dive deep into user research and competitive analysis to uncover fresh opportunities for innovation and differentiation across our product suite.
  • Collaborate closely with your team (incl. Engineers and Product Designer) to craft and implement new features while gathering valuable insights from business and sales teams to ensure alignment with market needs.
  • Coordinate seamless product releases and upgrades, fostering clear internal communication with support from the Marketing department.
  • Establish and analyze key performance indicators to gauge the success of initiatives and features, guiding decision-making with data-driven insights.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving enhancements in product quality and delivery processes while supporting stakeholder teams in their growth journey.
  • Exchange daily with the customers-facing team to collect needs but also have them carry out tests in order to involve them in the evolution of the product


Qualifications

  • You have at least 5+ years of experience in Product Management, especially with product-driven SaaS companies.
  • You have strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making and identify and select product opportunities.
  • You are used to demonstrating the business impact of your bets.
  • You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for the restaurant industry.
  • You are a team player interested in joining a team of product managers who love learning from each other and impacting their customers positively.
  • You are fluent in English.
