En tant que Head of Project Management, vous travaillerez en étroite relation avec le Directeur des Opérations et les autres membres du comité de direction afin de faire monter en puissance l’efficacité des démarches projets d’Intrinsec, avec pour objectif général l'alignement et l’optimisation des activités métiers..
Les activités d’Intrinsec correspondant à des approches projets représentent une part significative de son activité économique ainsi qu’un élément important dans l’évolution de la structure. De part les différents métiers et organisations au sein de l’entreprise, différentes approches peuvent être déployées, soutenues par différents outillages. Toutes directions confondues, le portefeuille de projets est en centaines par an.
Notre souhait est d’améliorer la structuration des méthodologies & outillages projet, au bénéfice de la délivrance des projets, de l’efficacité opérationnelle au quotidien et de la satisfaction de nos clients.
Ce poste inclus l’accompagnement au changement des pratiques des différentes équipes.
Votre périmètre s’étendra en priorité sur les projets clients, puis aux projets internes, notamment ceux ayant un caractère stratégique et/ou financièrement engageants.
Rattaché au Directeur des Opérations, et en relation avec l’ensemble des parties prenantes au sein d’Intrinsec, vos missions seront les suivantes :
1/ Définition des stratégies projets :
· Mise en œuvre et optimisation des méthodes de gestion de projet
· Déploiement et accompagnement à l’usage optimal d’un ou plusieurs outils de gestion de projets auprès de l’ensemble des pôles, pour faciliter un pilotage par les coûts, une visibilité optimale des plans de charges, le contrôle des risques projets
· Prioriser et gérer un ensemble de projets, en lien étroit avec la Direction des Opérations et la Direction Technique, pour assurer un alignement entre les besoins métiers et le suivi des réalisations.
2 / Coordination et communication sur les projets :
· Avec l’ensemble des parties prenantes, assurer une communication claire et régulière autour des projets.
· Optimiser l’utilisation des ressources (humaines et matérielles) pour garantir la réalisation des projets dans les délais et coûts impartis
· Identifier les risques potentiels et élaborer des plans d’atténuation
3/ Gestion budgétaire et qualité :
· Superviser les budgets projets, en apportant une visibilité précise sur les coûts projets, l’analyse des écarts et en produisant un reporting financier global.
· Veiller à ce que les projets soient conformes aux normes de qualité et de satisfaction des clients.
5 / Management
· Hiérarchiquement, vous encadrerez une équipe de chefs de projet et de collaborateurs en charge de la planification des missions.
· Fonctionnellement, vous interagirez avec l’ensemble des parties prenantes quant à la diffusion de pratiques de gestion de projets les plus homogènes possibles, tout en respectant les spécificités de chaque métier de l’entreprise.
Ce positionnement vous permettra d’interagir en tant que support stratégique auprès des membres du CODIR pour la prise de décision et le suivi des plans d’actions métiers.
Les premiers indicateurs de réussite seront l’amélioration de la performance des activités projets et une accélération de notre capacité de rebond et de foisonnement au travers du suivi des projets clients.
Profil recherché :
· Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de portefeuilles de projets transverses dans un domaine technologique à forte densité d’innovation (idéalement cybersécurité)
· Connaissance éprouvée de méthodologies projets et de leur déploiement,
· Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet et collaboratifs
· Excellentes capacités d’analyse et de synthèse
· Fortes compétences en communication et leadership
· Pro-activité, capacité à mener conjointement plusieurs projets stratégiques
· Capacité à travailler en anglais
Une certification PMP serait appréciée.
