☀️Job Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Promote the sales of photovoltaic inverters, home energy storage systems, and micro-inverters in France.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and revenue growth.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify sales opportunities.
- Develop strategic plans leveraging market trends and customer insights.
- Stay updated on the latest industry developments to inform and enhance sales plans.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
Team Leadership and Training:
- Supervise and mentor local teams of national sales professionals.
- Ensure team members have excellent skills and knowledge to contribute to the company’s success.
Sales System Construction:
- Establish and optimize the sales structure to support efficient and stable sales.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Regularly report sales progress and market insights to senior management.
☀️Job Requirements:
Language Skills:
- Fluent/Native Chinese.
Sales Expertise:
- At least 6 years of successful sales experience in photovoltaic inverters and home energy storage systems in Europe.
- Deep understanding and successful experience in distribution models.
Leadership and Management:
- Effective management of international teams.
Strategic Planning:
- Ability to analyze the market, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Channel Management Experience:
- Deep channel management experience and marketing resources.
☀️Salary Range: 100k-140k € gross per year.
