Le People Consultant fait partie de l'unité People Advisory au sein de People Operations et est rattaché au People Consultant Manager.

Vous travaillerez avec l'équipe Employee Relations & Case Management au sein de People Operations, qui fournit toutes les considérations locales relatives au travail ou au comité d'entreprise pour les cas de relations avec les employés qui sont gérés au sein de leur région ou département. Le People Consultant apportera également son soutien en ce qui concerne les exigences linguistiques locales.

Ce que tu feras :

Vous gérerez toute question locale, juridique ou réglementaire qui ne peut être résolue par le niveau 1/2 du People Services. Vous travaillez en partenariat avec les marchés locaux pour fournir des connaissances en matière de droit du travail et de politique des ressources humaines. Vous serez responsable de la gestion des cas individuels lorsqu'il s'agit de cas complexes de relations avec les employés tels que les maladies de longue durée, les départs... Vous fournirez une assistance dans la langue locale pour les questions relatives aux ressources humaines et vous aiderez à traiter la documentation locale relative à l'emploi. Travailler avec l'équipe de consultants en relations avec les employés et les personnes, pour fournir des informations sur le droit du travail local et gérer les engagements des comités d'entreprise en France. Collaborer avec les People Business Partners sur des cas complexes de salariés et travailler en partenariat avec les dirigeants locaux. Améliorer les services fournis par People Advisory Ce dont tu auras besoin : Connaissance du droit du travail local (France) et de ses complexités Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français Gérer des cas/situations difficiles (entretiens d'évaluation, mesures disciplinaires) Encourager et faciliter la transversalité et le partage des connaissances au sein des équipes et avec d'autres partenaires. 3+ ans d'expérience en tant que HRBP ou similaire Identifier les différentes sources et opportunités d'acquisition et d'application de nouvelles compétences ; s'assurer que les connaissances sont à jour dans le projet/département. Former les membres de l'équipe à l'adoption d'une approche itérative des solutions. Identifier et tirer parti des opportunités commerciales, fournir des lignes directrices pour que le département se rétablisse rapidement après des revers. Défendre des idées alternatives auprès des collègues et des partenaires. Trouver des solutions et créer des propositions de valeur. Créer des supports de communication clairs pour transmettre des concepts techniques d'une manière conviviale et attrayante. Gérer l'avancement des projets, en prenant les décisions finales concernant les priorités, le calendrier et les ressources.
