Quelles sont les missions ?
Un affiliate manager a pour principales missions :
- de Conseiller les annonceurs dans la mise en place et la gestion de leurs programmes (rémunération, créations, opérations spéciales, etc...) ;
- de gérer les programmes auprès des éditeurs inscrits sur la plateforme et de démarcher des affiliés potentiels ;
- d'animer les programmes (challenges, conseils,...) ;
- de contrôler les performances des programmes ;
- de fidéliser les éditeurs et notre réseau de diffusion en France et à l'étranger
Les qualités requises pour ce poste sont :
- Connaissance des métiers du web marketing avec une expérience réussie dans ce domaine
- Sens du client et facilités commerciales
- Dynamisme et esprit d'initiative
- Autonomie et force de proposition
- Esprit d'équipe pour travailler avec les responsables de compte et les autres responsables de diffusion.

- Poste basé à Paris, 9, rue de Caumartin 75009 Paris
- La rémunération proposée, attractive, comporte une part fixe et un variable sur objectifs, ainsi que la participation aux bénéfices.

Quel est le profil idéal ?
Nous recherchons le profil suivant :
- Bac+3 à Bac+5 avec une formation en école de commerce ou universitaire souhaitée (master en web marketing, e-commerce, communication numérique ou dominante NTIC)
- Expérience d'au moins 6 mois dans le secteur du e-marketing ou la publicité en ligne.
- Mais ce que nous souhaitons surtout, ce sont de vraies personnalités
