INTRODUCTION
Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités dans le domaine des Services (Signalisation Ferroviaire), nous recrutons un(e) Project Engineering Manager (PrEM) - Services (H/F)
Le poste est intégré à l'activité France Services/Signalisation d'Alstom, qui a pour mission de maintenir, réparer ou remplacer les solutions d'informatique, d'électronique et de télécommunication utilisées par nos clients en service commercial.
Le site de Villeurbanne (800 salariés) est spécialisé dans la conception, la fabrication et la maintenance de systèmes électroniques embarqués et débarqués (contrôle et monitoring, signalisation).
MISSIONS :
Intégré(e) aux équipes d'ingénierie au sein de l'organisation SERVICES France Signalling et rattaché(e) au responsable du département Ingénierie Service, vous assurez le pilotage technique des projets de votre portefeuille, de la phase d'offre à la livraison finale.
A ce titre, vous avez à :
- Répondre aux appels d'offre qui concernent votre portefeuille
- Assurer le pilotage du Work Package Engineering d'un point de vue Qualité Coût et Délai ainsi que les ressources associées.
- Prendre part et valider l'ensemble des décisions techniques sur ces projets (design, application engineering, Project Change Control Board, maintenance préventive...) en cohérence avec les contraintes locales
- Réaliser l'interface technique avec le client
- Superviser les activités de Vérification & Validation
- Animer les Project Review en lien avec le Project Manager
- Assurer l'acceptation client de la solution proposée
- Piloter les risques techniques et les plans de mitigation correspondants
PROFIL :
De formation technique (ingénieur électronique ou équivalent), vous justifiez d'une expérience de 8 ans minimum en engineering (en mode projet).
La maitrise des systèmes d'informations voyageurs embarqués (Sonorisation, affichage visuel, vidéoprotection) est requise pour ce poste.
De solides connaissances complémentaires sur d'autres systèmes ferroviaires (CBTC, TCMS, Traction) constituent un atout important.
Vous bénéficiez d'excellentes qualités relationnelles qui vous permettent de coordonner différents intervenants, vous vous adaptez facilement à des environnements complexes et savez prendre des décisions avec une vision globale.
Bon niveau d'anglais nécessaire.
