Air Liquide France Industrie réunit les activités de production et de commercialisation des gaz industriels en France avec 4 branches d'activité complémentaires : Grande Industrie, Industriel Marchand, Electronique et Hydrogène. La filiale compte 2300 collaborateurs, répartis sur 80 sites sur l'ensemble du territoire, et sert plus de clients, de l'artisan aux industriels de la pétrochimie, des laboratoires d'analyse au secteur des semi-conducteurs et à la métallurgie.

Quelle sera votre contribution et comment vous épanouir dans ce poste ?

Air Liquide France Industrie consomme de grandes quantités d'électricité et de gaz naturel pour la production des gaz industriels pour des montants annuels de plusieurs centaines de millions d'euros.

L'équipe énergie est chargée de définir et de déployer les stratégies de gestion du portefeuille énergie, du sourcing à la structuration des contrats de vente de gaz industriels en cohérence avec les ambitions climat du Groupe. Elle est responsable du suivi et de la bonne application des réglementations associées et des actions auprès des autorités pour préserver les intérêts d'Air Liquide.
Les marchés de l'énergie en France évoluent rapidement portés par les enjeux géopolitiques et climatiques actuels. Dans ce contexte, Air Liquide a pris des engagements forts de réduction de ses émissions de CO2, qui se traduisent par un nombre croissant de projets de transition énergétique ayant des caractéristiques et une complexité nouvelles : gestion du sourcing renouvelable intermittent des électrolyseurs, flux liés à la capture de CO2, contrats PPAs, caractéristiques renouvelables des produits...

Notre équipe Energie France a besoin de se renforcer. L'Energy Transition Manager aura les missions suivantes :

  • Définir et déployer la stratégie d'approvisionnement en énergie en particulier pour les projets de transition énergétique (contrats d'énergie renouvelable (PPAs) , contrats d'énergie en tolling ("façonnage") avec les clients, ...) en collaboration avec les parties prenantes internes (SEGE, direction commerciale) . Mettre en place, négocier, optimiser et veiller à la bonne exécution des Contrats d'achat associés.
  • Mettre en place la certification hydrogène renouvelable et bas-carbone, répondant aux exigences réglementaires (H2 RFNBO, directive RED, mécanisme TIRUERT...) depuis la production jusqu'à la commercialisation de l'hydrogène. Suivre et déployer les évolutions réglementaires associées.
  • Développer et déployer la méthodologie de calcul de l'empreinte carbone de nos gaz industriels en ligne avec les règles Groupe. Participer au développement d'outils harmonisés au niveau cluster dans le cadre du projet mené par le SIO. Assurer la communication vers nos contreparties externes (clients, autorités, financements,
  • Contribuer à l'élaboration des business plans des projets d'électrolyseurs en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe commerciale, avec notamment les optimisations liées aux services réseaux.
  • Suivre les projets d'efficacité énergétique déployés par les équipes opérationnelles, identifier les projets éligibles aux Certificats d'Economie d'énergie (CEE) et accompagner les équipes dans cette démarche CEE. Suivre et déployer les obligations réglementaires liées à l'efficacité énergétique.
  • Assurer la communication des sujets énergie avec les autres départements et le management: suivi et diffusion de l'actualité marché, formation, évolution réglementaire et mesure de l'impact opérationnel et financier.
  • Suivre et optimiser les indicateurs clés liés à ce portefeuille d'énergie incluant l'analyse mensuelle de l'Energy Contribution (EC) . Proposer des plans d'action pour améliorer ces indicateurs

Etes-vous LA personne faite pour ce poste ?

  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en Energy Management
    • Achats d'énergie, marchés de l'énergie, indexation énergie, réglementation énergie
    • 3 ans minimum si expérience Air Liquide (SEGE, SIO énergie, WBL énergie, Biogas energy management) , 5 ans minimum si expérience externe (énergéticien ou industrie lourde)
  • Une grande rigueur et des compétences fortes en data management. De l'expérience en outils de simulation est un plus
  • Grande autonomie, grande polyvalence, bon esprit d'analyse et de synthèse
  • Capacité à gérer l'interaction avec un très grand nombre de parties prenantes: juridique, comptable, contrôle de gestion, opérations, affaires publiques, top management ...
  • Une connaissance spécifique de la réglementation RED ou du mécanisme TIRUERT est un plus, ainsi qu'une bonne maîtrise de nos outils industriels
  • Langues: une parfaite maîtrise écrite et orale du français et de l'anglais est demandée
  • Télétravail : 2 j / semaine
