Quelles sont les missions ?
Gérer le chantier de construction au jour le jour, notamment en supervisant la main-d'oeuvre, en contrôlant les sous-traitants, en vérifiant les matériaux, en inspectant les travaux et en supervisant le contrôle de la qualité.
Planifier et coordonner un projet du début à la fin, y compris l'organisation du calendrier des travaux, le calcul des coûts et le budget.
Planifier les travaux et superviser l'achat des matériaux et équipements nécessaires.
Embaucher et gérer le personnel pour le projet.
Veiller à ce que le projet soit livré à temps et dans les limites du budget en fixant des points de repère, en convenant des budgets et en surveillant les progrès.
Vérifier les documents de conception avec les architectes, les géomètres et les ingénieurs.
Promouvoir et maintenir la santé et la sécurité, y compris les inspections du site pour s'assurer que les règles de sécurité sont respectées.
Responsable de l'exécution des tâches complètes de gestion de la construction et de coordination des contrats.
Assurer le suivi avec les différentes parties impliquées pour garantir le respect de leurs obligations contractuelles respectives.
Planifier, développer et organiser l'effort de construction afin de formuler le plan le plus rentable.
Contrôler et rendre compte au chef de projet.
Préparation de divers rapports selon les besoins.
Examen des rapports d'avancement de l'entrepreneur, des paiements progressifs, etc. et formulation de recommandations.
Participation à des réunions, notamment celles du comité exécutif du projet, de la conception, de la construction, de l'ingénierie de la valeur, etc.
Préparation des procès-verbaux des réunions susmentionnées.
Préparer des dossiers et des rapports sur l'avancement quotidien de la construction, les problèmes, etc.
S'assurer que tous les changements apportés aux spécifications, à la portée des travaux et aux dessins sont documentés.
Surveillance de la supervision des activités de construction, etc.
Surveiller les activités du chantier pour s'assurer qu'elles sont conformes à la sécurité, aux spécifications et au calendrier.
Communiquer avec tous les consultants, sous-traitants, superviseurs, planificateurs, métreurs et autres personnes participant au projet.
Traiter les problèmes inattendus qui peuvent survenir au cours du projet.
Effectuer les tâches qui lui sont confiées de temps à autre.
Quel est le profil idéal ?
Diplôme de B.S. en génie civil.
Expérience de 10 ans
Au moins 5 ans d'expérience solide en gestion de l'ingénierie de chantier.
Excellente utilisation des applications informatiques spécialisées dans la gestion de la construction : Auto Cad, Excel, Word, ICDL. Auto Cad, Excel, Word, ICDL.
Excellentes compétences en matière d'organisation et de gestion du temps.
Compétences élevées en matière de leadership et de résolution de problèmes.
Grande attention aux détails.
Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et à la négociation.
Excellents compétence en électricité/mécanique
Connaissance du secteur traitements de l'eau et des déchets
Siège à Paris, déplacement à prévoir
Anglais Fluent
