As Hello Tomorrow blooms, we are looking for a Head of Marketing, Communication and Thought Leadership who will lead our communication and marketing activities
You will be part of the Marketing, Communication and Thought Leadership team and we are looking for someone with transversal and strategic leadership to help redefine and enrich Hello Tomorrow's influence in Deep Tech ecosystem.
YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES
For this role, it is important to note Hello Tomorrow is built around a community that needs high engagement (startups applying to the competition, corporates and investors joining events, experts helping with startup programs, etc.). The brand therefore needs to be well-known, and engaging for our target audience.
The roles of the marketing, thought leadership, and communication team are:
Marketing: generate leads for the different BUs by organizing webinars, publishing pieces of content, and running outbound marketing campaigns Thought leadership: position Hello Tomorrow as a recognized expert and influencer in deep tech Brand(s) positioning & awareness: make sure people in our target audience understand what Hello Tomorrow does and what makes us special Hello Tomorrow Summit' program: design Hello Tomorrow Summit's program and valorize this content all year long Social media and community management: grow our audience on social media and our newsletter, and engage this audience to support other teams Coordination of our corporate network: make sure Hello Tomorrow's corporate audience is well identified, coordination of the different BUs to avoid overlap, and creation of a smooth journey for this audience, incl. Managing the CRM Design & artistic direction: make sure the content produced at Hello Tomorrow is beautiful, engaging, and consistent with the brand identity Reporting directly to our CEO, we will expect from this role: Co-build with the CEO and then own a vision for the team which fits within Hello Tomorrow's global vision and values, and inspires his/her team Define the roadmap for the team and guide it through the different steps Manage priorities and coordination with other Hello Tomorrow teams and external stakeholders Ensure all deliverables produced by the team meets expected standards of quality, and are consistent in terms of tone/ style Also, we don't need an expert on everything, but the right candidate should be able to create the environment, roles, and responsibilities to enable more expert people in the team to excel and grow.-
