Your Responsibilities

The Head of Marketing will lead the formulation and implementation of Hublo's global marketing strategy aimed at enhancing brand visibility, driving customer acquisition, and fostering revenue growth. This pivotal role requires close collaboration with the Founders and other executive team members, managing a diverse marketing team, and injecting innovative concepts into the overall business strategy. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in SaaS B2B marketing, a profound understanding of the sector, and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

You will oversee an international team comprising 6 direct reports: a Head of Product Marketing, a Growth Marketing Manager, a Traffic Manager, a Communication & PR Manager, a Brand Content Manager, and an Event Manager.

Key Contributions

  1. Strategic Direction:
    • Develop and execute a holistic marketing strategy that boosts brand recognition, market share, and profitability.
    • Collaborate with executive team members and cross-functional groups to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals.
  2. Product Marketing Oversight:
    • Guide the creation of effective go-to-market strategies for both new and existing products in partnership with Product and Revenue teams.
    • Ensure the development and dissemination of compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences.
  3. Demand Generation:
    • Design and implement demand generation initiatives and campaigns to attract qualified leads and opportunities.
    • Utilize data and analytics to refine lead generation and nurturing processes.
  4. Content and Digital Strategy:
    • Supervise the creation and distribution of engaging content across various platforms, including the website, social media, and email.
    • Enhance online visibility through SEO/SEM, targeted advertising, and other digital marketing strategies.
  5. Brand Stewardship:
    • Elevate the Hublo brand by crafting and promoting cohesive and consistent messaging across all channels.
    • Monitor brand presence and reputation, ensuring alignment with brand values and maintaining quality.
  6. Team Leadership & Development:
    • Inspire, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing marketing team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and skills to excel in their roles.
    • Promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work culture that fosters creativity and innovation.
  7. Financial Oversight:
    • Formulate and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation to meet marketing objectives.
    • Track ROI and KPIs, adjusting strategies and tactics as needed to maximize effectiveness.
