Quelles sont les missions ?
Le CabRH, cabinet de recrutement et d'approche directe, recrute pour son client, acteur majeur du monde de la livraison, un Shift Leader F/H pour une embauche en CDI, sur le secteur de Lyon.
Le poste
Vous intégrez une équipe composée de 4 autres Shift Leader au sein de laquelle vous intervenez en support en cas d'accroissement d'activité / absences (formation, congés, etc...) afin de maintenir la performance générale de l'équipe et la satisfaction des clients au niveau le plus haut. Vous intervenez ainsi sur un portefeuille clients composé de 2 grands comptes au service desquels plus de 50 livreurs sont en activité. Dans ce contexte, vous êtes amené à intervenir sur les missions suivantes :
Encadrement des livreurs : suivi des plannings, activité, prises et fins de service.
Réponse aux problématiques rencontrées les livreurs.
Suivi des indicateurs qualité : respect des procédures et des conditions contractuelles.
Mise en place des plans d'actions correspondant aux dysfonctionnements recensés.
Gestion du matériel d'exploitation mis à disposition (téléphones, uniformes, véhicules),
Remplacements ponctuels des livreurs en cas d'absence.
Quel est le profil idéal ?
Vous venez d'obtenir un diplôme dans le domaine du transport et de la logistique urbaine. Vous disposez idéalement d'une première expérience similaire obtenue dans le cadre d'un stage ou d'une alternance.
Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques et les tableaux de bords, vous permettant d'assurer le reporting de votre activité à votre responsable et aux clients.
Orienté action et défi, vous prenez plaisir à évoluer dans un environnement en flux tendu, qui demande de la réactivité afin de pallier les imprévus du quotidien.
Doté d'un grand sens du service, vous fédérez votre équipe autour de la satisfaction client.
Enfin, votre profil terrain et votre aisance sur un 2 roues vous permettent de remplacer ponctuellent un livreur en cas d'immprévu.
Salaire, horaires et avantages
Contrat 35H / semaine - statut agent de maîtrise.
Amplitude Horaire : 7H - 22H + WE. Planning construit avec l'équipe un mois à l'avance de sorte à pouvoir préserver son équilibre personnel.
Salaire : 2150¤ brut / mois + heures supplémentaires majorées et payées
Tickets restaurant : 8¤ / jour
