En tant que Contract Manager, vous serez responsable de la gestion complète du cycle de vie des contrats de l'entreprise. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes juridiques, commerciales, opérationnelles et financières pour garantir que tous les contrats répondent aux exigences légales, commerciales et opérationnelles de l'entreprise.
Responsabilités :
Examiner, négocier et rédiger des contrats pour garantir leur conformité aux politiques internes et aux exigences légales.
Gérer le processus de renouvellement et de résiliation des contrats existants.
Collaborer avec les équipes fonctionnelles pour comprendre les besoins contractuels et identifier les risques potentiels.
Suivre et mettre à jour les contrats en cours pour garantir le respect des obligations contractuelles.
Gérer les litiges et les réclamations liés aux contrats.
Évaluer les performances des fournisseurs et des sous-traitants en fonction des termes contractuels.
Fournir des conseils et une formation sur les questions contractuelles aux parties prenantes internes.
Quel est le profil idéal ?
Diplôme universitaire en droit, en commerce ou dans un domaine connexe.
Expérience professionnelle préalable dans la gestion de contrats, de préférence dans un environnement commercial ou juridique.
Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale.
Capacité démontrée à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
Solides compétences en négociation et en résolution de problèmes.
Attention aux détails et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office et des logiciels de gestion de contrats.
