Rattaché(e) à l'équipe juridique, votre rôle consistera à conseiller et à soutenir notre entreprise internationale sur des questions juridiques d'ordre général, en faisant preuve d'une bonne compréhension du business et d'une capacité d'action concrète. Le poste est basé à Paris.
La date de début est prévue pour septembre 2024 ou janvier 2025.
En tant que stagiaire de l'équipe juridique, vous devrez:
Fournir des conseils juridiques pratiques et des évaluations de risques aux clients internes sur divers sujets juridiques (contrats, conformité, etc).Fournir une assistance juridique à l'équipe Customer Experience (support client)Rédiger et réviser des accords commerciaux en français et en anglais (accords SaaS, accords de service, conditions de service, DPA, NDA, etc.)Travailler sur les processus internes Monitoring des évolutions réglementaires et juridiques liées à nos activités.Ce qui contribuera à votre réussite: Expérience dans l'environnement IP/IT et GDPR Excellentes compétences en matière de communication et de rédaction en anglais et en françaisVous êtes motivé(e) et vous travaillez en équipe, avec d'excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication, tout en étant capable de travailler de manière indépendanteCapacité à convaincre et à interagir de manière productive et collaborative avec le personnel à tous les niveauxForte éthique de travail, à l'aise dans un environnement de travail rapide avec des équipes interfonctionnellesFlexibilité pour travailler et communiquer dans un environnement multiculturel au quotidien.Ce que nous offrons :Une opportunité unique de rejoindre un environnement international et collaboratif dans un contexte d'hyper-croissance.
