LHH Recruitment Solutions, cabinet de conseil en recrutement, travail temporaire spécialisé, gestion de transition et évaluation d'experts, cadres et dirigeants recherche pour son client, spécialisé dans le domaine de Gestion de fonds et basé à PARIS , en Intérim de 4 mois un Compliance Officer (h/f).
Notre client est une entreprise renommée dans le secteur de la gestion de fonds, qui offre des opportunités de carrière passionnantes et stimulantes. En tant que Compliance Officer, vous rejoindrez l'équipe Intégrité des marchés du département Conformité. Votre rôle consistera à veiller au respect de la conformité des opérations réalisées sur les marchés financiers par les entités du groupe. Vous participerez à la prévention et à la maîtrise des risques d'abus de marchés, au respect des dispositions prévues en matière de passation et négociation des ordres, à encadrer des conflits d'intérêt visant à protéger l'intérêt des porteurs ainsi qu'à remplir notre devoir de transparence vis-à-vis du marché, via le mécanisme de déclaration des franchissements de seuils.
Vos missions incluront notamment le suivi des positions longues et/ou courtes sur un périmètre incluant toutes les entités du groupe et concernant toutes les juridictions où les titres détenus sont émis et/ou listés. Vous serez également responsable du traitement des alertes de franchissements de seuils et des contrôles afférant, de la rédaction des réponses ponctuelles aux demandes de confirmation de positions ou de complément d'information suite aux notifications de FS, ainsi que du suivi de l'amélioration de l'outil de détection des franchissements de seuil et du suivi des plans d'actions identifiés, en coordination avec les équipes du support informatique. Enfin, vous remonterez au management les actions réalisées et les problèmes rencontrés sur la période.
Quel est le profil idéal ?
Nous recherchons un candidat avec un niveau de formation minimum BAC + 5 et une expérience professionnelle minimum de 3 ans. Vous devez avoir une connaissance approfondie des produits financiers et des activités de gestion d'actifs ou de salle des marchés ou de services traitant des opérations sur instruments financiers. De plus, vous devez avoir des connaissances des marchés financiers et de leurs spécificités, notamment en termes de déclaration de seuils, ainsi que des connaissances réglementaires en lien avec les activités de gestion d'actifs. Vous devez également avoir des qualités de synthèse rédactionnelle et d'analyse, une excellente capacité relationnelle et être apte à communiquer et à travailler en équipe. L'autonomie, la rigueur, le sens de l'organisation, la curiosité intellectuelle et l'envie d'apprendre et d'approfondir des sujets sont des qualités essentielles pour ce poste. Enfin, nous recherchons un candidat force de proposition afin d'améliorer le dispositif de contrôle.
Le contrat débutera le 3 juin 2024 et sera un contrat intérimaire d'une durée de 4 mois. Les horaires de travail seront en journée et le poste sera à temps plein.
