VOTRE MISSION
Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous créons le poste de Purchasing Supply Chain Project Manager pour les projets d'Infrastructures industriels EP/EPC en France et à l'étranger, dans les domaines du traitement de l'eau et des déchets, dans un contexte très dynamique.
En tant que Responsable Achats et Supply-Chain, vous serez directement rattaché au Directeur des Achats. Votre rôle consistera à assurer la coordination des achats et de la chaîne d'approvisionnement pour nos projets d'infrastructures de traitement en France et à l'International.
Vos responsabilités :
- Définir la stratégie d'approvisionnement pour chaque projet dont vous aurez la charge, en collaboration avec la direction des achats, en vous appuyant sur les équipes d'acheteurs du groupe et les besoins spécifiques au projet.
- Assurer la coordination d'une équipe composée d'acheteurs, d'expéditeurs et de logisticiens en fonction des besoins du projet, sous la direction du Project Manager.
- Gérer les fournisseurs, assurer le suivi contractuel, négocier les avenants aux contrats et résoudre les litiges.
- Négocier les prix et les conditions d'achat des équipements et des services nécessaires à la bonne exécution des projets.
- Anticiper les besoins afin d'optimiser les résultats du projet.
- Veiller au respect des délais, de la qualité et des coûts.
- Élaborer les reportings nécessaires au suivi du projet et garantir la qualité des informations.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le Engineering Manager et le Project Manager pour élaborer des solutions compétitives adaptées aux enjeux du projet.
VOTRE PROFIL
Formation Ingénieur (généraliste, mécanique) avec une expérience confirmée en tant qu'Acheteur leader ou Responsable Achats dans une entreprise industrielle. Vous disposez des compétences suivantes :
- Une expérience préalable dans le domaine du traitement de l'eau et des déchets serait un atout.
- Curiosité, autonomie, méthode et rigueur sont des qualités essentielles.
- Votre leadership et vos compétences en négociation vous permettront de réussir dans ce poste.
- Force de proposition, vous êtes engagé(e) dans une démarche d'amélioration continue.
- Niveau d'anglais courant requis, minimum.
