PRESENTATION OF THE CONTEXT AND THE STORAGE TEAM

Under Group IT Services Distributed Products, The “Storage” product aims at delivering best in class Storage capabilities ( SAN, NAS, Hyperconverged ) for AXA GO and the entities.


As a member of this team you are responsible for the engineering and the operations of new solutions regarding Storage Technologies and its ecosystem, working in a global mode with all the regions


YOUR MAIN TASKS


  • Administration of Storage infrastructure SAN & NAS.
  • Incident management (resolution and communication).
  • 24/7 on duty and Early morning Organization.
  • DRP campaign.
  • Audit and security project.
  • Work in a global mode and exchange with the region.
  • Provide and share documentations.
  • Internal communication with the team colleague and with Axa teams.
  • Provide capacity management reporting and visibility on action/project progress
  • Be responsible of the infrastructure in our scope.
  • Définir et valider le cadre et les standards d’architecture
  • Vérifier et analyser les impacts des nouvelles solutions et leur cohérence avec l'architecture existante et le schéma directeur SI


YOUR PROFILE


Following knowledge and experience areas are mandatory:


  • NAS: NetApp skill
  • Scripting abilities and automation.
  • Nutanix, VSAN.
  • Strong general knowledge in IT and Datacenter infrastructure architectures
  • Part of Security follow-up for storage practice.
  • Proven experience in IT production environment (incident, 24H/7 on duty, early morning organization), with DRP architecture.

  • Autonomous, teamwork spirit and “self-organized working”, respectful of the process.
  • Curiosity, assertiveness.
  • Customer centric and result orientation.
  • Ability to work in dynamic, matrix-structured global organizations.
  • Upper intermediate level of written and spoken English is a must.
  • French speaking would be appreciated.
