**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...**

In this role, you will:

- **Coach **and **lead **a team of Corporate Account Executives (CAEs)
- Have the responsibility for Employee Evaluation and Staffing for CAEs
- Manage Team performance against quotas and sales forecasts, executes operating plans and ensures sales objectives are met
- Drives new opportunities and revenue/pipeline growth through consistently achieving individual and team quotas
- Monitors daily activity of CAEs including outbound calls, targeting specific customers to achieve objectives and managing sales support activities
- Conduct weekly 1-1 and team meetings to maintain consistent communication and collaboration with each team member
- **Coach **and plan activity for a diverse approach to customer prospecting ranging from marketing follow up, sales AE engagement and channel teaming
- Establish and report on metrics to measure performance of the inside sales activities; correct deficiencies where necessary
- Collaborates with regional field sales employees on territory planning and execution
- **Train new hires **and provide **coaching** and **mentoring** to direct reports

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRING TO THE TEAM...**
- 2+ years of inside sales management or supervisory experience in the storage or high tech industry
- Demonstrated experience building, training, managing, growing and developing a inside sales team and/or cross functional territory
- Proven track record of successful selling as an inside sales representative
- Knowledge of virtualization technology, database and deep understanding storage preferred
- Experience with Channel Sales a plus
- **Native/Bilingual French and business professional English Required**
