Hoymiles Europe GmbH is the headquarter of Hoymiles Europe, based in Eindhoven, Netherlands, addressing the entire Europe markets.
We are in an extremely exciting growth phase in depth to new markets and business, therefore Hoymiles Europe is looking for professionals willing to be part of the team shaping Hoymiles’s success.
Major responsibilities:
1.Collaborate with sales team to plan and complete technical exchange with local customers, train clients and set forth detailed technical solutions etc.
2.Hold customer trainings face-to-face and online, create and manage local technical documentation, establish a knowledge data base, and represent Hoymiles in exhibitions.
3.Analyze legal technical requirements and certifications for defined countries and drive execution of agreed and required certificates.
4.Monitor market environment and gather Technology intelligence from competitors.Analyze product and features of competitors regular and work closely with HQ team to finish the competitive analysis.
5.Strong support to sales team, visit clients and project sites, support system planning and give guidance to PV system installations, service strategy implementation etc.
6.Maintain the service level and fulfill the service request coming from local customer especially some of our VIP customer.
7.Lead the negotiation with local service partner including 3rd party service company, logistic and warehouse vendor, manage the contract with local service partner including but not limited to draft, re-new, termination.
8.Follow RMA process to make sure they will be closed on-time.
9.Responsible for developing solutions to optimize the local service quality including technical guidance, service respond time, spare unit pool management, faulty unit disposal, total costs.
Required experience and competence:
1.Based in France. Can accept national and international travel to make sure the local service team deliver a good service, depends on business request.
2.English fluently in business contexts.
3.Minimum of 3 years work experience in a in the renewable industry, preferably in PV or storage business
4.Bachelor degree or above: must be electrical or electronics background.
5.Self-driven working mind set, willing to dig in and find out problems, report with clear logic, always providing multi proposals to choose from.
6.International mindset for a multi-cultural environment.
