Sales Service Area Manager

Poste : Vos missions :
Suivi technique et garantie :
* Superviser les machines sous garantie et anticiper les besoins des clients,
* Organiser et coordonner les interventions techniques en lien avec les Techniciens.
Développement commercial :
* Identifier les opportunités de vente de services (contrats de maintenance, pièces détachées, upgrades),
* Proposer des solutions sur mesure en accord avec les besoins spécifiques des clients,
* Relancer les offres commerciales et analyser les raisons des éventuels refus.
Relation client :
* Assurer un transfert efficace avec les équipes projets après la livraison des machines,
* Recueillir et transmettre les retours clients pour améliorer les produits et services,
* Maintenir une relation de confiance et à long terme avec les interlocuteurs clés.
Reporting et amélioration continue :
* Rédiger des rapports de visite et les partager avec les équipes internes,
* Contribuer activement à l'amélioration des processus et des offres de service.
Profil : * Formation : Bac+2 minimum technique (mécanique, électromécanique, automatisme),
* Expérience : Minimum 5 ans dans une fonction similaire, idéalement dans un environnement technique industriel,
* Langues : Anglais, français courant impératif, la maîtrise de l'allemand ou de l'arabe est un plus,
* Compétences : Excellente connaissance des équipements industriels et de leur cycle de vie, forte orientation client et capacité à formuler des recommandations techniques pertinentes et sens de l'organisation, autonomie et excellent relationnel.
