En tant qu'Account Manager, vous serez au coeur de notre développement commercial. Votre responsabilité sera de soutenir la croissance de notre chiffre d'affaires et d'aider nos partenaires à développer leurs activités par notre intermédiaire. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec nos équipes internes (Produit, Marketing, Data, Tech) pour améliorer nos performances et proposer des stratégies gagnantes. Vos missions : - Développer et gérer un portefeuille de partenaires e-commerce sur les leviers cashback et codes promos - Négocier des offres exclusives avec nos partenaires et élaborer un plan marketing complet pour les aider à atteindre leurs objectifs. - Assurer la visibilité de nos offres sur nos différents supports (site, application, extension) - Planifier, négocier et mettre en ligne des placements publicitaires pour nos partenaires - Suivre et analyser les performances des partenariats en lien avec l'équipe Data, et proposer des stratégies d'amélioration - Participer à l'acquisition de nouveaux partenaires (en France et à l'international) - Créer des relations fortes et durables avec vos partenaires (visios, meetings réguliers, événements...).
Votre profil ? - Expérience commerciale réussie dans le digital (idéalement en affiliation, cashback, agence digitale, régie publicitaire...) - Esprit entrepreneurial / start-up avec la capacité d'optimiser des process, de résoudre des problématiques, de proposer des solutions innovantes - Forte capacité analytique, à l'aise avec l'analyse de données pour en tirer des insights - Maîtrise de l'anglais, à l'écrit et à l'oral - Autonomie et capacité à travailler en full télétravail, avec un reporting régulier
