Human Talent recherche pour plusieurs de ses clients en Ile de France spécialisés dans le génie climatique, l'électricité et la maintenance multitechnique des Chargés d'affaires CVC - PLB H/F en CDI en Ile de France

Vous assurerez la gestion des affaires et la coordination des parties prenantes tel un véritable chef de projet.

Vous aurez notamment en charge la réalisation et la planification des dossiers d'exécution.

- L'établissement des différentes solutions techniques pour répondre aux besoins identifiés et la vérification de la conformité des projets.
- La gestion des commandes et des relations avec les fournisseurs / sous-traitants.
- Le pilotage des projets de façon à optimiser les budgets et les délais tout en vous assurant du maintien de la qualité.
- La coordination des opérations de travaux en lien avec le chef de chantier et le conducteur de travaux.
- L'interface avec les différents services internes, notamment les bureaux d'études, la GTB et les fonctions supports.
- Le suivi minutieux de chaque chantier afin de s'assurer de la conformité des travaux effectués.
- Le respect des règles de sécurité pendant les travaux.
- Le conseil et l'accompagnement des clients tout au long du projet.

Nos projets CVC/plomberie s'inscrivent principalement dans le secteur tertiaire (hôtels, bureaux, écoles, hôpitaux, cliniques).

Profil recherché

Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme dans le domaine du génie climatique et d'une expertise de minimum 5 ans acquises sur le terrain sur des projets tertiaires.

Vous avez un bon relationnel.

Vous savez faire preuve d'une très bonne capacité d'anticipation, d'organisation et d'adaptation.

Vous souhaitez relever un nouveau challenge au sein d'une entreprise en plein essor.
